养膳基于居家孕妇餐制备行为需求的研究,借鉴当下月子餐供应商相关工作流程与商业模式,以每日三餐内容物为核心菜品模块,打造因应此类餐食烹饪行为的半自动化加热系统。结构主体分为底部橱柜系统和顶部加热系统两大模块,橱柜系统包括左边的预制净菜冷藏冰箱结构和右边餐具和垃圾桶收纳结构,加热系统包括左边翻炒菜品结构和右边“蒸、煮、炖”为核心特征的一体化加热结构。在餐食制备和烹饪流程中,半自动化烹饪机实现了翻炒、清洗、油烟控制等问题的解决,蒸煮炖机解决了同时出锅,确保“色香味”时效性的问题,而净菜包模式简化了“洗、切”等烹饪流程,在提升烹饪效率的同时,保障了健康营养和味感的兼顾。 | Based on the research on the demand for meal preparation behavior of pregnant women at home, and drawing on the relevant workflow and business model of the current confinement meal supplier, Yangshan takes the contents of three meals a day as the core dish module to create a semi-automatic heating system that responds to the cooking behavior of such meals. The main body of the structure is divided into two modules: the bottom cabinet system and the top heating system, the cabinet system includes the prefabricated vegetable refrigeration refrigerator structure on the left and the tableware and garbage can storage structure on the right, and the heating system includes the structure of stir-frying dishes on the left and the integrated heating structure with “steaming, boiling and stewing” as the core features on the right. In the meal preparation and cooking process, the semi-automatic cooking machine realizes the solution of stir-frying, cleaning, oil smoke control and other problems, the cooking and stewing machine solves the problem of simultaneous cooking and ensuring the timeliness of “color and flavor”, and the clean vegetable package mode simplifies the cooking process such as “washing and cutting”, which ensures the balance of health, nutrition and taste while improving cooking efficiency. |
