Special operations in extremely cold environments pose dual challenges to personnel’s physical fitness and protection. The traditional design pattern of separating exoskeletons from clothing is difficult to meet the demands of integration, lightweight and comfort in extreme environments. From the perspective of product design, this project proposes the integrated concept of “exoskeleton power suit” and conducts research on the design of an integrated wearable system for extremely cold operations. By analyzing the user demands and environmental constraints in extremely cold working scenarios, the structural integration methods of clothing and exoskeletons are studied. Provide innovative solutions for the “integration of clothing and equipment” of wearable devices in extreme environments. |
