本设计面向浅睡眠人群，提出一款适用于高校宿舍的模块化智能睡眠舱。结构上采用上下分层设计，上层为隔音睡眠空间，下层为学习与储物区。舱体搭载AI睡眠管家系统，可监测用户睡眠状态并提供个性化反馈，帮助提升睡眠质量。整体在空间布局、人体工学与静音性能方面进行优化，致力于为共享空间中的浅睡眠者营造安静舒适的休息环境。

This project proposes a modular smart sleep pod for light sleepers, designed especially for dormitory use. The structure separates sleeping and studying zones, with an upper-level sleep cabin and a lower work/storage area. Equipped with an AI sleep assistant, it monitors sleep patterns and offers personalized feedback. Optimized for acoustics, ergonomics, and space efficiency, the pod aims to create a quiet and comfortable rest environment in shared living spaces.
