聚焦都市化背景下“孤独经济”与“体验消费”的兴起,针对餐饮市场“菜单大而全”导致的选择困难与同质化困境,提出“一厨一品”商业服务系统。以“一人一厨一品”为核心,通过终极单品策略,让独食者不再菜单焦虑,而是与一位厨师、解决终极菜品相遇;同时赋能厨师群体,提供低门槛创业平台与情感支持。

Focusing on the rise of the ‘loneliness economy’ and ‘experience consumption’ in the context of urbanization, a ‘one chef, one dish’ business service system is proposed to address the difficulties of choice and homogenization in the catering market caused by ‘menus that are too large and comprehensive.’ Centered on ‘one person, one seat, one chef, one dish,’ this strategy allows solo diners to avoid menu anxiety by encountering a chef and an exquisite single dish; at the same time, it empowers the chef community by providing a low-threshold entrepreneurial platform and emotional support.
