本设计关注老年人睡眠状态的变化,以及其对温度、噪音与空气环境的敏感反应。以“睡眠微环境”为核心,将床体从单一的使用载体转化为一个可被调节的睡眠空间,通过整合温湿度、空气与声环境的调控,在有限空间中营造稳定、安静且具有包裹感的休息体验。设计尝试以更温和的方式介入睡眠过程,使环境与身体形成自然的配合关系,从而让睡眠被更细致地照护。

This design focuses on the changing sleep conditions of older adults and their sensitivity to temperature, noise, and air quality. Centered on the concept of a “sleep micro-environment,” the bed is redefined from a passive object into an adjustable sleep space. By integrating temperature, humidity, air, and sound regulation, it creates a stable, quiet, and gently enclosed resting experience within a limited space. The design seeks to intervene in the sleep process in a softer way, allowing the environment and the body to work together more naturally, so that sleep can be more carefully supported.
